What is a monitored prompt?
A question you want to track across AI engines. For example: "What is the best SEO tool?" or "Who provides the best party entertainment?" You can create up to 50 per project.
Can I track competitors in AI engines?
Yes. Add up to 10 competitor domains per project. The platform tracks their brand mentions and citations alongside yours, showing side-by-side visibility scores.
Does this work with Claude?
Yes. Claude (Anthropic) is a fully supported engine. Note that Claude answers from training data rather than live web results, so you'll get brand mentions but fewer URL citations.
What alerts will I get?
Four types: when your brand first appears in an AI engine, when it disappears after being present for 3+ days, when a competitor overtakes your visibility score, and when your citation rate drops more than 20% week-over-week.
