AI Visibility Platform ("we", "us", "our") is operated by FunzEventz Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What data we collect

• Account data: your name and email address when you register
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and timestamps of activity
• Search Console and Analytics data: query performance, page traffic, and impression data you choose to import from Google Search Console or Google Analytics 4
• Content data: topics, keywords, and AI-generated content you create within the platform

Google API data

Data imported from Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 is used solely to provide the AI Visibility Platform service to you. It is not used to train AI models, shared with other users, or used for any purpose other than delivering the features you requested. This complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.

AI-generated content

Content is generated using third-party AI providers (including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI). Your inputs are sent to these providers to generate output. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data retention

• Account data: retained for the duration of your account, deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Search Console / Analytics data: retained for up to 24 months
• Audit logs: retained for 12 months
• AI-generated content: retained until you delete it or close your account

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erasure — delete your account at any time from Settings > Security > Delete Account
• Portability — request a copy of your data by contacting us
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Restrict processing in certain circumstances

Data transfers

Your data is stored on servers in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom. Where data is processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI), it may be transferred outside the UK. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies and localStorage for authentication tokens. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
