These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Visibility Platform, provided by FunzEventz Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

AI Visibility Platform provides SEO and AI visibility analysis tools, including integration with Google Search Console and Google Analytics, CSV data import, content generation, and opportunity detection.

2. Your account

  • You must be 18 or over to use this service
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform
  • Use the service to generate spam, misleading content, or material that infringes third-party rights
  • Circumvent any rate limits or security measures

4. Google API data

If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, you authorise us to access that data on your behalf solely to provide the service. You retain ownership of your data. You can disconnect at any time from Project Settings.

5. AI-generated content

Content generated by AI tools within the platform is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking any content before publication. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual property

  • We own the platform, its code, and its design
  • You own the data you import and the content you create using the platform

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunzEventz Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings > Security > Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We will notify you by email and via an in-app notice when we make material changes to these Terms. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
